Welcome to under20.net! If you haven’t already guessed, the name refers to eating net 20 grams of carbohydrates.  Our goal is to provide amazing, easy to follow, low-carb recipes. No fluff content, no back-stories, just the basics – ingredients and directions, in as few words as possible.


We’ve added additional content for recommended kitchen tools, books, and general tips (from experience) in making this lifestyle work. But you don’t have to waste your time there. Just head to the recipes and get cooking. That’s what this site was made for, not all that other stuff we decided to add anyway.


Overall, we want to make eating low-carb easy and painless. We don’t claim to have all the answers but our team has extensive, personal experience (and success) with this type of diet and we want to share some of the things that have made it work for us.
